In order to adapt to modern ways and influences The Channel has undergone extensive refurbishment without changing its ambiance and its heart.

Everything has been carefully selected to provide a décor which is totally innovative and an atmosphere which is lovingly crafted around our fine wines.

By the doorway a glass flagstone lets you see into the secrets of our 1200-wine cellar, and in our salon our library of wine tempts the imagination and inflames the senses of the connoisseur.

In these exceptional surroundings you are invited to sample a cuisine which is at the same time classic and innovative, the result of 30 years of passionate devotion to restaurant service and the experience of the Crespo brothers which puts them up amongst the great chefs from Montalembert to Joël Robuchon.

Always looking for innovative and tasty cuisine The Channel has completely renovated its kitchen in 2016.

She proudly stands facing the entrance to the restaurant. The chef and his team can rely on these new equipment (induction hob, charcoal oven, plancha) to ensure a cuisine rich in surprise.
